Erwin obtained a master’s in biology at the University of Antwerp and, after spending another 2 years at university doing scientific research, started working in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Sales Representative in 2000. In 2003, he switched to Clinical Research as an insourced CRA, working on clinical studies in phase II, III and IV and moved on to a Global Study Manager role. He found his true passion when he became Training Manager, developing and delivering procedural documents training for clinical research staff all over the globe. He is recognized for his ability to put complex concepts into simple words and for making “dry” technical training lively and fun. After a break outside of the pharmaceutical industry to strengthen his coaching skills, Erwin decided to start as a trainer for .
