Whether you want to train a group through our platform or deploy content inside your own systems, we’ll find the right arrangement for your organisation.
Group licences
Train your team without the admin.
Your team uses ECCRT’s eLearning modules on our platform, with completion tracked centrally. No internal LMS required, and no individual enrolments to manage.
Suits organisations that:
- Need to train a defined group on a specific topic (GCP, ISO standards, regulatory affairs and more)
- Want a simple, low-overhead solution without deploying new systems
- Are preparing teams for audits, inspections or regulatory change
Pricing is agreed on your team size and the modules you need.
LMS licensing (SCORM)
Deploy ECCRT content inside your own systems.
Already running a Learning Management System? License ECCRT modules as SCORM packages and deploy them directly, under your own branding, alongside the rest of your training.
Suits organisations that:
- Have an established LMS and want specialist clinical research content
- Need completion data in their own reporting and compliance systems
- Want ECCRT-developed content without sending staff to an external platform
We confirm compatibility, agree the licence terms and hand over the files ready to upload.

How much does a licence cost?
Pricing is agreed on your team size and the modules you need. Tell us about your team and we’ll put together a proposal.
Do we need our own Learning Management System?
No. With a group licence your team uses our platform. If you already run an LMS, you can license the modules as SCORM packages and deploy them there instead.
Can we track who has completed the training?
Yes. With a group licence, completion is tracked centrally on our platform. With LMS licensing, completion data sits in your own reporting and compliance systems.
