The eLearning part before the classroom session was very clear and helpful to prepare for the classroom training. Classroom training was nice because of the interactions with co-trainees. Discussions on topics with the trainer and co-trainees possible and explanations for answers on quizzes was clear. Poll on the mobile phone was nice and also resulted in discussions sometimes which is nice because then you really start thinking about the given example/situation. real-life examples by the trainer are very helpful to the training.
