Good mix of theory and practice. The practical course with many workshops and very practical, realistic case studies exceeded my expectations. On the one hand, the case studies enabled me to exchange ideas with other CRAs (e.g. how do they act in such situations, what could I possibly improve in such cases…) and, on the other hand, it was also positive feedback for me on how I have handled similar situations so far. In my opinion, the course is most beneficial if you already have at least 2 years of professional experience as a CRA.
