During this course, I learned how to act with clarity and assertiveness in specific and challenging situations. I also received valuable advice on how to effectively deal with different people — knowledge that will be extremely useful once fully developed. In the event that I encounter situations requiring the expertise I gained from this course, I will be prepared to handle them, or at least I will know what to expect. The entire course has been a positive experience. I had never taken a course that focused so deeply on communication, interaction, and managing communication challenges. I gained several new skills and insights that I am sure will be extremely useful for my future career. This course offers highly valuable knowledge, skills, and practical examples to help individuals effectively manage communication challenges in the workplace.
