Before Virginie’s coaching sessions, I felt uncertain about the next steps to take my career. Despite various jobs I had after my public health master, I lacked the satisfaction I sought. Pursuing a part-time epidemiology master and transitioning to a clinical study assistant role at Danone Nutricia, I aimed for a shift to clinical research. However, the ideal role remained unclear.
