She then advanced into project management, successfully leading complex, multi-country studies in oncology, infectious diseases, rare diseases, and other fields, with depth in real-world vaccine effectiveness research through large-scale European collaborations. Her core strengths include clinical project management, monitoring in multiple therapeutic areas, study operations, risk management, cross-functional team coordination, and execution of observational and interventional trials.
