Michiel D’herde is an Associate at Quinz with experience in transactional and regulatory matters throughout the entire product lifecycle, with particular focus on coordinating national and international R&D collaborations and advising on healthcare compliance matters, advertising and promotion of drug products, and pricing and reimbursement. Michiel regularly supports clients with negotiating various types of (clinical trial) agreements and providing advice on intellectual property and regulatory questions.
