Nancy is the founder and Managing Director of Ad Hoc Clinical, a small CRO based in Belgium.

 
Before creating her own company, Nancy gained extensive Clinical Operations expertise across various therapeutic areas. Expertise she build since 1996 both within the pharmaceutical industry as in the CRO world.
Nancy is a Clinical Research Expert, holds a Master’s degree in Strategy and Organization, and is a trained Data Privacy Officer.
 
 
Next to the day to day activities she has as Managing Director of  Ad Hoc Clinical, Nancy acts as an expert in European Regulatory /Clinical Affairs and provides training on these topics to clients / universities and her own team.
 
 
She speaks fluently 4 languages (Dutch,French,English and Spanish). 
 
 
Her real passions are coaching new and very experienced clinical trial experts to the path of excellence  via tailor made training modules: 
  • Activities of the CRA from study start up to publication
  • Co-monitoring and personal coaching
  • How to organise study start in for various EU countries
  • Clinical evaluations for In vitro diagnostics
  • Solving Data privacy puzzels
But she also works in the field of: 
  • SOP making
  • Auditing
She is providing tailor-made sessions adapted to the specific needs of the client and the company.
