Industrial Pharmacist with a complementary degree in pharmaceutical engineering and industrial technologies, Christophe De Vleeschouwer spent its >25 years career in clinical development and operations leading projects and teams in different therapeutic areas such as respiratory with prevention of asthma in children (at UCB), cardiology with medical devices stents (at J&J) and therapeutic vaccines against cancer (at GSK).
Then he moved into company transformations for a mission of 2 years and coached teams in lean methodology to work more efficiently towards well defined department business objectives.
In 2015, he joined the Global Regulatory Affairs unit to lead and help coordinate and project manage the parallel filing and approval of the latest GSK Vaccine Shingrix, successfully launched in 2018.

Continuous improvement and education is a key driver for him. He followed several courses and certifications such as a Master degree in business administration (evening course) at UCL, a project management certification from the PMI, coaching certification and more recently a course and certification in sustainability from the university of Namur.
This curiosity is also present on the personal side and through his travels and passion for trekking, nature, books and music. Sports and its associated resilience (long distance trail and bike tours) are also important to Christophe personal balance.
