The goal for this training is to get an understanding of all budget elements involved for carrying out a clinical study as a sponsor or a CRO. You will learn and understand the process of preparing the budget for a clinical study and the elements that compose the budget, such as internal and vendor costs. During the course, hints and tricks will be provided to help manage your budget and keep it under control. Practical workshops are included, and templates are made available.Programme highlight
As the complexity of clinical studies increase, budgeting them correctly is important and can prevent future errors, deviations, and ultimately uncontrolled financial situations:
