eLearning Adaptive Design
What is Adaptive Design?
Adaptive Design is the idea that a comprehensive quiz would be added before each section in an eLearning.
If the participant passes this quiz, then they could then choose to skip that section or follow the section.
If the participant does not pass the quiz, then they would have to follow the section.
The idea behind this is that if the participant already has the knowledge, then they can prove it and it can be verified with a quiz before each section.
Save Time
Save Time
You will learn exactly what you need in the most efficient way possible. No more wasting hours or days on extensive training sessions.
Instead, you can swiftly acquire the necessary knowledge and get back to your daily tasks. By minimizing training time, it reduces the cost associated with lost billable hours
Ensure Quality
Ensure Quality
Before each eLearning section, Adaptive Design verifies your existing knowledge. Each quiz has been linked to specific learning objectives to confirm that the knowledge is fully covered.
This ensures compliance by confirming that you’re already familiar with the information. As a result, redundant training is avoided, saving time for everyone involved.
