Like all ECCRT STAR Programmes, this one is composed of a number of individual courses, that are face-to-face or webinar trainings as well as eLearning, to be followed within one year, which allows some flexibility when you take the course.Programme highlight
The courses included in the Advanced Project Management STAR Programme are selected to provide the essential skills and knowledge to start your career as a clinical research professional. The programme is composed of the following trainings:
- Advanced Clinical Project Management (2-day)
- Advanced CRO Management and Oversight (1-day)
- Getting the Right Level of Sponsor Oversight (1-day)
- Keeping oversight of data management for Clinical Project Managers (0,5-day)
- Keeping oversight of safety for Clinical Project Managers (0,5-day)
Learning objectives
- Expand your knowledge and improve your PM skills to allow you to tackle more complex trials
- Enable you to work with CROs and keep oversight (or if you are from a CRO: learn how you can better work with your sponsor).
- Understand how you can contribute to your trial being inspection ready
- Get involved and provide input in the development of a protocol
