The Junior Clinical Research Associate training by ECCRT has equipped me with a clear understanding of the clinical research lifecycle and CRA roles, and site monitoring skills for identifying non-compliance and ensuring data integrity. These skills will improve my effectiveness as a junior clinical research associate. I will apply my site monitoring skills to identify non-compliance and ensure data integrity, enhancing my effectiveness as a junior clinical research associate. My most positive experiences during the course were engaging with the knowledgeable instructor, gaining practical insights into the clinical research field, and networking with fellow participants, which enriched my learning experience and motivation.
