Hanna Van Horen

I gained a more clear understanding of everything that needs to be checked during monitoring, gained important skills on how to deal with investigators and really look at all the details. The interactions with the group really added to the overall experience and allowed me to look at things from a different perspective. I also enjoyed the balance of learning theoretical things and then being to immediately apply them during the workshops. The trainer had lots of real world experience she could share with us, the training slides were detailed but not too much information was given at once. The virtual classroom add a benefit of being able to look back on everything that was learned. Being able to apply the theory immediately into the workshops allowed for clear examples on how to apply the knowledge.
