I already had basic knowledge of most topics discussed, but this training discussed everything in detail which increased my knowledge tremendously. The workshops helped with applying the knowledge and gave a good insight on how to use the skills which were discussed. A very nice and experienced trainer, who gave room to ask any questions and answered all in much detail. I really enjoyed the group workshop of monitoring the patient visits, which gave a good insight in to how detailed you actually must be.
