With the Clinical PM STAR Programme, I got a clear overview and a general idea of all elements that are important for clinical trial management. The interactions in breakout rooms, workshops, discussions and practical tips allowed us to have practical and real examples.

Learnt new best practices to be used in everyday life. With this course I learned on how to improve team communication flow and introduce suggested templates in our procedures. Good theoretical and comprehensive course on the topic, with the possibility to ask open questions and practical suggestions to the trainer.

The teacher has a lot of experience, so you knows different cases and can always answer your questions. Very helpful to get more insight and skills to perform clinical project management. We learned about KPI's, budget management, Vendor contracting and Quality by design.  

A good overview and idea of all elements important for clinical trial management. Very useful and clear course, with practical tips and tricks. planning tools, budget, templates provided. Great course!

I now know how to complete CSV, and have the appropriate resources to continue learning what I need to develop further, and how to write a CSV SOP, then plan and test our EHRS with my IT colleagues.  It was very good session with an excellent trainer.

With this course I learned how to apply the global concept and ideas around the subject and how to proceed clinical trials to select a CRO, KOL, team members and project plan. I liked the interactivity during the training and also appreciated the comments of the trainer to answer my answers, alongside with my peers.

Just finished CRO Management and Oversight course lead by Vincent Baeyens from ECCRT. The course focused on how to select the right CRO for clinical project, how to best manage CRO, achieve proper oversight and how to add value by fostering the right relationship and turning it into a long-lasting partnership. I highly recommend!

As my background is in fundamental research, I didn’t know a lot about the career possibilities in clinical research. I wanted to get a better understanding where I could apply my skills in this area. In addition to attending the ECCRT course “Orienting your career in Clinical Research”, I decided to take the ECCRT career coaching.

I’m a new study nurse and this course explained clearly the process of a clinical trial (documents, what to do, when to do, etc.…). I learned a lot of things, like that I should be well prepared for monitoring (since I am a study nurse and not a CRA) and what are the objectives, views and
