What is this Clinical Career Coaching?
This programme is tailored and designed to accommodate to your needs and busy schedule. You will be assigned to one of our experts. With your participation, the coach will explore your talents, aspirations and your needs to get the best out of it.How?
- Chemistry Session
- You will have a chemistry session of 30 minutes with your coach during which the coach will explain what coaching is, you will describe your coaching objectives and you will define your coaching success criteria and measures. This 30-minute session is free of charge.
- Coaching programme
- With the coach different sessions of 1 to 2h (9h in total) will be planned by 2 to 3 weeks apart. The duration and frequency will be agreed between you and your coach.
- The programme will conclude with a 30-minute meeting to ensure that your expectations and success criteria have been achieved.
