The training equipped me with knowledge of clinical trial processes, study procedures, and regulatory requirements. It improved my skills in conducting monitoring visits, completing eCRFs, and identifying protocol deviations. It also reinforced the importance of adhering to GCP guidelines, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication. The main point I will apply in practice is improving effective communication with the study team.
