Although I already had some experience managing Clinical Trials, this course has given me deeper insight into the different phases and provided valuable tools for handling various situations, especially those related to budget and time management, which are key aspects of a Project Manager’s role. I truly enjoyed the face-to-face sessions; the trainer was outstanding, creating an engaging and dynamic learning environment. The interactive discussions and real-life examples made the concepts much clearer, and I ended up learning even more than I had anticipated. It was a valuable experience that enhanced both my knowledge and confidence in applying the course content.
