She developed this expertise through senior roles at innovative companies working with disruptive technologies such as 3D additive manufacturing and neuromodulation.
In the biotech industry, she led global clinical trial teams as a Quality and Risk Manager successfully through regulatory inspections. In addition to her leadership roles, Ayline is an experienced trainer, sharing her knowledge through tailored learning programs that empower teams to navigate regulatory and quality frameworks with confidence.
